During this retreat we will rediscover equanimity through:
Twice Daily Yoga Practice
Each day will be accompanied by two wholesome and fresh yoga practices. Led by Jill Lovato, each class will be weaved with rich yogic philosophy and embody a sense of equanimity, purposefully curated for mind and body, and soul.
Hands on Bodywork
Nourish your body through the modality of Reflexology. By stimulating points on hands, feet, and ears, reflexology brings the body back to optimal health and function through homeostasis. Facilitated by Lacey Katzer, each session is tailored to client needs.
