A 5-day Yoga and wellness Retreat to Charming Normandy Region, France

Join Emilie and Jill on a yoga experience like no other. You'll spend five days in the French countryside region of Normandy. Enjoy twice daily yoga, simple and quaint accommodations at a French B&B, group lunches, and excursions to Giverny and the Monet museum/home, local villages, and Normandy beaches.


Interested?

The small B&B where you'll stay is on a historic farm and just a couple of minutes walk to the private farm where the yoga practices will be held. Both spaces are private, quiet, and lovely, and both have been rented out entirely for our retreat. Both sites boast small, historic farms, built in the 18th century, that have been restored beautifully. The B&B farm offers simple accommodations, with most rooms being double occupancy (two twin beds).

Twice Daily Yoga Practice

Each day will be accompanied by two wholesome and fresh yoga practices. Led by Jill Lovato, each class will be weaved with rich yogic philosophy and embody a sense of equanimity, purposefully curated for mind and body, and soul.

Contemplating Beauty

Normandy is the best of the French countryside, with small farms, sweeping linen and wheat fields, beautiful beaches, and charming dining and shopping options, all within walking distance. 

Giverny and the Monet museum and home are a 90-minute car ride away, and we'll visit while in Normandy via private shuttle.

About the facilitators:

Jill Lovato

MS, E-RYT500, owns Blossom Yoga in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she leads wholehearted practices to bring peace and presence to everyday living. She draws on her extensive training in Hatha, Yin, Reiki, and anatomy and her interest in eastern spiritual and health philosophies to offer classes, workshops, series, retreats, and trainings grounded in traditional yoga practices and accessible to yogis of all levels of experience. Jill is also a lead instructor with Blossom Yoga School, which offers 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings in Southeast Wyoming. She has studied with internationally known teachers, Bernie Clark, Amy Ippoliti, and Stephanie Nosco and continues her formal Adhikara as often as possible. She aims to practice yoga and life mindfully – both on and off her mat – and gives her students the tools to do the same.

About the instructors:

Emilie Comeau

Emilie first discovered yoga in 2004 and it quickly became a part of her daily life. Since the very beginning of her practice she understood that there was no end to the knowledge hidden in this wonderful path. Lily's curiosity and love for yoga brought her to her first yoga teacher training in 2006. She started teaching shortly after at the young age of 18. Her desire to understand more about the human body, as well as her wish to help people on a path of wellness lead her to study Shiatsu. She received her first certification in Shiatsu therapy in 2007, followed by Level 2 certification in 2008, Always looking to learn more and deepen her practice, Emilie pursued more yoga teacher trainings. In 2010 she received a 300 hour certification from the Satyam School of Hatha Yoga in Montreal, followed by a 90 hour Chakra and Meditation training that same year. In 2014 she traveled to Nepal to study yoga therapy with Swami Vishnuswaroop at the Divine Yoga Institute of Kathmandu, and received another 200 hour certification. The years of dedication to study and practice have helped Emilie develop a teaching style that is knowledgeable, well versed, generous and compassionate.
